PRESIDENT & FOUNDER
Terence Sams is founder and President of the Amplify Network. Terence is a Iraqi War Veteran, author, Inspirational Speaker and Minister who empowers generations with a Christ–Centered message of love, hope, and self-worth. An effective communicator of GOD’s word, Terence’s mission is to Serve And Motivate Society through the life of Jesus CHRIST.
Terence embodies Amplify Networ’s core values and has demonstrated his commitment to the mission of Amplify. Wise stewardship means not only maintaining supporter trust but also doing what’s right in the eyes of God.
As President of Amplify Network, Terence oversees company’s vision, mission, goals, business strategy, fundraising and strategic planning. He leads the engagement, nurture, and development of Amplify’s employees and leaders, Terence encourages a faith-driven workforce to live out the calling on his life.
Terence hold as degree in Theology from Lancaster Bible College. He and his wife Jacqueline, have been married since 2007 and have three beautiful children.
JACQUELINE I. SAMS

Jacqueline was born to create. With over 30 years in the entertainment industry, both as talent and as an executive she has always pushed the agenda of using your talent to not only entertain but to use it for Change. Jacqueline has spearheaded projects that have made impact on what and how we consume content. She has worked with some of the words largest Networks like, CBS, NBC and BET.
Jacqueline heads up the digital production department for Amplify Network, where she creates digital productions, builds partnerships with Game Changers, and drives the initiatives that focus on the use of entertainment to build your faith and serve while doing it.
Jacqueline holds a BS in Television and Film from ST. John’s University and currently resides in Maryland, with her husband and children.
SHANTELL D. SANDERS
CHIEF DIGITAL OFFICER & CO-FOUNDER
Shantell is one of the co-founders and leader in breakthrough digital & technology transformations for Amplify Network. She gets to use the gifts and talents that God has blessed her with to further Christ mission to create believers and inspire hope. She has a passion to server others and impact the lives of those around her, "At Amplify, we are pioneering a new way to share and connect god’s people beyond the congregation, in an era driven by technology.”-Shantell Sanders
She a bonafide digital tech junkie with over 20 years’ experience in PR, marketing, digital marketing & product management for Fortune 500 companies throughout the US. Shantell leads the digital department for Amplify Network, where she drives digital and technology transformation initiatives and provide strategy development, program management, organization design, process improvement and change management.
Shantell holds a BS in Marketing from University of Phoenix and currently resides in Maryland, with her husband and children.

CHRIS RICH
Founder & CEO of Hawque
Chris Rich is the Founder and CEO of Hawque, an Atlanta-based security platform powered by technology, which connects customers to vetted and licensed security contractors and vendors. Chris has over 15 years of senior corporate experience across private and public Fortune 500 companies, as well as federal government agencies. Mr. Rich is also a trained executive protection agent and received his training from one of the top executive protection schools in the country, Lasorsa & Associates.
Prior to starting his own venture, Chris played a pivotal role in launching the startup division of Mercer’s private exchange market, developing early operational and sales processes, onboarding clients as well as managing Mercer's vendor partner.
Chris is passionate about community involvement and has been involved with several national and local nonprofits including Susan G. Komen, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, the American Cancer Association, and the American Heart Association. Most notably, he has held board positions with the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the CURE Foundation. Most recently, he has spearheaded a new initiative called SafeATL, a program that provides security patrols to impoverished urban neighborhoods that can’t afford it.
